SoCal Baseball Academy helps 9U–14U players build real baseball IQ, develop confidence, and learn the game the right way — from coaches who do this every day at the high school level.
What Makes Our Program Different
We Don’t Just “Play Travel Ball.” We Teach the Game.
At SoCal Baseball Academy, your child learns from active high school coaches — not weekend volunteers.
Our focus is on player development, not just trophies. We build players who know the game, love the game, and are ready for high school competition.
- Coached by high school coaches from top programs like St. Francis, Harvard-Westlake, and Bishop Alemany.
- Small rosters (10–12 players) mean more reps and personal attention.
- Fast-paced practices (2× per week) with real drills and accountability.
- Smart training: We manage workload and teach arm care the right way.
- Balanced program: Kids develop and still compete in top tournaments.
How the Program Works
We build strong, smart players through structure and consistency.
We train 11 months a year, divided into three sessions (Spring, Summer, Fall).
Each session includes practices, league play, and tournaments.
Training takes place at:
- Glendale Sports Complex (field work)
- St. Francis High School (bullpens, hitting, and indoor work)
Program Snapshot:
- 2 × 2-hour team practices per week
- 1:6 coach-to-player ratio at practices
- 1–2 tournaments per month (local and select travel)
